Charming 1930’s clapboard house enveloped in tropical foliage in an older neighborhood. Within minutes’ walk of downtown Ft. Lauderdale and a short ride from the airport. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, movies, theatre, library, museums, internet café, yoga, tennis, heated public swimming pool, farmer's markets. Nearby weekend shuttle to beach (or drive 10-15 minutes).
Water Taxi stops within a 15 minute walk.
This wonderful two-bedroom house is available for rent on a weekly or monthly basis. Nice wooden floors, fenced backyard, vegetarian neighbors. Smoking and meat (which includes fish and chicken) are not permitted. Non-vegetarians are very welcome to stay here but Haskell's House is flesh-free. Eggs and dairy are fine.
