Single Occupancy: $1,300 / month (Paid upfront)
Double Occupancy: $1,500 / month (Paid upfront)
All monthly rates include premium utilities and full access to our fully equipped kitchen, shared living spaces, and lush gardens.
Please note that by local city ordinance, we are strictly permitted to rent the guest quarters for stays of less than one month only three times per calendar year.
If you are seeking a shorter, restorative stay rather than an extended relocation arrangement, please contact us early so we can check our active seasonal limits for your dates.
To secure your accommodations at Haskell’s House, we maintain a straightforward and transparent reservation process. Because we host a limited number of guests to preserve our quiet environment, rooms are held strictly on a first-come basis.
Last-minute arrivals are occasionally possible depending on sudden availability, so please contact us directly if you need to coordinate immediate arrangements.
Because we completely understand how important it is for people to live with their companions, we regret that we do not allow pets. Haskell’s House provides a place for those with chemical sensitivities and allergies–people who have difficulties finding places they can safely stay, and companion animals are a major source of allergens.
Notice of cancellation must be given as soon as possible, and in writing (e-mail is OK but receipt must be confirmed). In the event of a cancellation more than 14 days before arrival, all monies paid less a cancellation fee of $10 per night will be returned to you. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, you will be liable for the whole amount. We will do our utmost to find someone else for the room and if we are successful, will return all monies paid.
All refunds, including damage deposit, will be paid by cheque.
NOTE: Hurricane season in South Florida is from June to the end of November. In the event of a hurricane, refunds for unused nights will be provided.

My monthlong stay was wonderful, quiet, and relaxing, exactly what I was looking for, with beautiful trees and vegetation that provided privacy and made the home feel like a native plant garden filled with fresh air. The great neighborhood, nearby parks, beach, downtown, and restaurants, along with Cara and Gary’s thoughtful hospitality, made it a place I would happily recommend and stay at again.
Haskell’s House is a great spot, convenient to everything and located in a quiet neighborhood. All amenities are provided for cooking in. Owners Cara and Gary live next door if you need anything. The place is clean and comfortable. I have visited there several times and look forward to returning again.
